The Onchain Exchange.
Don't trust. Verify.
The blockchain is the exchange.
Centralized exchanges take custody. Most “onchain” venues still match orders on a private server and publish the result. Aftermath does neither.
Execution runs onchain
Matching, fills, funding, and liquidations execute in Move smart contracts. There is no off-chain sequencer sitting between your order and the book — the chain is the venue.
You hold the assets
Collateral sits in an Account object you own. Aftermath never takes custody, cannot move your funds, and cannot stop you from withdrawing them.
Everything is verifiable
Every fill, every liquidation, and every protocol parameter is a public onchain fact. Margin-requirement changes are written onchain first and time-delayed before they take effect.
Products
One exchange, six surfaces.
Perpetual futures, spot aggregation, liquidity, and staking — each one settled by contracts on Sui, each one open to build on.

Perpetuals
A fully onchain central limit order book for perpetual futures on crypto, commodities, and equities.
- Learn more
Vaults
Permissionless market-making vaults. Deposit into a curator's strategy, or run your own.
- Learn more
Swap & Router
The Smart-Order Router splits a swap across every venue on Sui — plus DCA and limit orders.
- Learn more
Pools
A constant-function AMM with up to eight assets in a single pool. Permissionless to create.

Farms
Afterburner Vaults emit rewards to stakers every minute, with a lock multiplier up to 18×.

Liquid Staking
afSUI is liquid staked SUI. Choose any validator; Aftermath authored the SIP that made it possible.
New to Sui? Start with the glossary.
Built on Sui
The same four ideas, everywhere.
Aftermath is not a port of an exchange onto a chain. Each product is built from the same Sui primitives, which is what makes single-signature routing, self-custodied positions, and permissionless listing possible at all.
Programmable Transaction Blocks
One signature settles a route that touches a dozen venues. Programmable Transaction Blocks let a single transaction compose calls across protocols, and a hot-potato guard enforces slippage across the whole route or reverts it.
User-owned objects
Perp accounts, farm positions, and DCA orders are Sui objects owned by the user. That is why farms cannot auto-compound — the vault genuinely cannot touch what you staked.
Permissionless by default
Anyone can list a pool, launch a farm, or open a market-making vault without asking. Any asset with a reliable oracle can back a perp market, so new markets ship without a protocol upgrade.
Open surfaces
The AMM is open source, the SDK is Apache-2.0 on npm, and the REST API is documented by an OpenAPI spec anyone can read. The perps API also speaks CCXT.
Getting started
Four steps, no prerequisites.
Aftermath runs on Sui, but you do not need to already hold SUI, own a wallet, or understand Move to place a trade.
- 01
Create an account
Sign in with Google or Twitch through zkLogin and a Sui account is derived for you with no seed phrase, or connect an existing wallet — Slush, Phantom, Nightly, Suiet, OKX and others all work.
Docs - 02
Fund it
Bridge from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Solana, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, or Avalanche through the built-in Mayan integration, or buy directly with an on-ramp.
Docs - 03
Skip the gas token
Dynamic Gas lets you pay network fees in a coin you already hold. Aftermath sponsors the SUI and charges you in your chosen asset inside the same transaction.
Docs - 04
Trade
Open a perp position, route a swap across every venue on Sui, provide liquidity, or stake for afSUI. Collateral stays in an object you own the whole time.

For developers
Integrate in an afternoon.
Every venue, price, and position is reachable from a typed SDK, a documented REST API, or stock CCXT. No key, no waitlist, no partner agreement.

Community
Ask a question, request a higher API rate limit, or talk to the people building it. Discord is the fastest route.
Open the exchange.
Connect a Sui wallet or sign in with Google. No signup, no custody, no approval queue — the exchange is a contract you call.
